Alfonso Ribeiro and Witney Carson took home the Dancing With the Stars Season 19 Mirror Ball trophy last night, and there's no denying that this Fresh Prince star was thrilled with his well-deserved win.
After the show, he took to Instagram to share an image of himself and Witney being lifted on the shoulders of their fellow competitors after their win. "This is the moment I've waited 10 years for," he wrote, a reminder that he's wanted to be on this show from basically the start. "@witneycarson and @dancingabc thank you. One of the greatest moments ever."
That's coming from a guy who's been on Broadway, danced in a commercial with Michael Jackson, and starred opposite Will Smith in a hit TV show, so he knows a great moment when he sees one. Clearly, Dancing With the Stars meant a lot to him.
We mean a lot. In fact, pro Emma Slater told Glamour, "I don’t think I’ve seen anybody want it more. I really, truly don’t." Wow!
